Celtic Seer in the House to Help You Articulate Your Niche!

I’ve noticed that one of the places heart-centered coaches struggle the most when it comes to attracting enough clients (and the clients who are a great fit) is articulating who they can help and what the outcome will be from their coaching services.

Unfortunately, this is literally the one thing you need to get right when you’re building a coaching business if you want to have enough clients to make good money.

Naturally, many heart-centered coaches feel a ton of stress around this and try to figure it out from every angle. It only makes sense that this kind of clarity in your messaging will bring the right clients to you.

And, if you’re not getting enough clients or the right ones, it’s definitely a messaging problem.

I’ve seen coaches try to fix this at the marketing level, meaning that they spend a lot of time trying to come up with a brand name or a brand look, a website, the right program name that’s super catchy, or different types of social media content.

This isn’t going to work because there’s one really important first step that everyone has to take before they can see an influx of clients.

I’ll be honest, this step was one I took by accident when I first started coaching, so it took me a while to figure out why my business was working so well!

The most important first step is taking a hard look at who you want to serve and getting ridiculously clear on the problem you help people with and the outcome you offer. (I just happened to be passionate about helping women with a really specific problem when I first started coaching.)

For us heart-centered humans, this can feel confusing because we don’t want to focus in on problems and outcomes. We want to focus on the super-powerful processes we do with our clients.

Except, our potential clients don’t care about those processes. They just want results!

Now, here’s the issue. Hardly any business programs I’ve taken (and I’ve taken many but finished none for this very reason) actually address this articulation problem and help you get it right.

If your business program doesn’t truly help with articulating your niche (which, in my book, means personally working with you until it’s right), it’s hard to create the whole ecosystem of your business around this niche and expect it to attract enough clients.

This makes it hard to know how to translate your unique problem and outcome into a profitable program.

How do you know if your problem is a problem people will pay money to solve?

How do you know if your program idea is going to actually solve the problem and get you out of the whole dollars-per-hour model that keeps you from scaling up your income?

This is why it’s not a good idea to work on the marketing for your program or your business until you’re sure your niche is articulated in a way that will inspire your clients to purchase your program.

And, how can you be sure your program will be aligned with how you like to work, even if it does bring in the big bucks?

I was just talking to a successful coach who’s actually exhausted and wants to learn how to maintain that success without the hustle. And, she wants to have the time freedom to take care of her family and herself.

As heart-centered coaches, we are facing unique problems that don’t happen to other coaches.

We are deeply compassionate, which makes niche articulation harder for us. We’re often dealing with bodies that have exhibited some form of chronic illness, stress-based illness, or exhaustion. We’re often parenting children with neurodivergent needs. Or just parenting, which is intense enough when your body doesn’t always feel well.

There are some executive coaches out there working for large corporations who don’t mind working with thirty-forty clients a week; in fact, they thrive on that.

Me? I can run 2 classes and 1-2 clients per day, tops. I never schedule more than two 1-1 clients in a day, even if I’m not teaching a class. I just don’t have the bandwidth for more.

We’re passionate about serving others, and we LOVE coaching, yet we can’t waste time being inefficient in our business-building process or build a business that’s actually going to run us into the ground.

We require time freedom and an income that can support our self-care. (My body is basically as expensive as a second mortgage!)

We need ways of working in our business that don’t add stress to our bodies and allow us to make money at the same time.

This is exactly why I’ve created my two programs: they solve these problems and they are tailored for heart-centered coaches.

First, my programs help you know how to make your body feel better through somatic mind-body techniques that resolve stress-based illnesses and improve symptoms from chronic syndromes. (I’ve personally been diagnosed with three chronic syndromes and live a much freer life than many people do with these same diagnoses!)

This means you have more energy to do what you love, you feel better, and you have all of my mind-body techniques to use with your clients on top of that!

Second, they help you create a no-hustle business that really does make the income you desire and allows you to attract the number and type of clients you want.

Third, they help you clearly articulate who you serve, what problem you solve, and the outcome your work provides. Not only that, but you’ll get clear on your unique coaching gifts, how to explain what you do with people, and how to effectively use your gifts in your signature program (or create your first program).

I have a unique intuitive gift I call the Celtic Seer. This part of me often sees the future, and it is very reliable when it comes to seeing the path forward for my coach clients. I can see your niche, your program, and your money-making path quite easily after getting just a small bit of information from you.

Because of that, I actually articulate your niche for you into a written statement in my programs. Then, you can come to any live class and ask me what the Celtic Seer sees for your business (or life). This can be super validating when you’re tuning into your inner wisdom and just need that nudge to trust it.

I bring the Celtic Seer with me into every class I teach for both programs!

If you’d like help from the Celtic Seer so you don’t have to articulate your niche alone and can feel confident about the path you’re taking in your business, I would be so glad to support you.
